ORDER & DELIVERY

We aim to process and ship orders quickly – within 24 to 72 hours of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

It usually takes 1–3 business days to process and ship your order.

Once you've returned your items to us, you should receive your refund within 10 business days from the moment the parcel reaches our warehouse.You can track your return using the tracking number provided by your chosen courier, which will show when your parcel has been delivered. The 10-day processing period begins at that point.Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.Please note: it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us at:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items in new, unworn condition with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Email: with your order number and item(s). We will then send you instructions and a return label (if applicable).

Return costs may vary depending on your location and the reason for the return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service from a trusted courier to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

Please note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Discounted items/sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible.

As soon as your return parcel arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.

Using the tracking number you received when sending the return, you can check when your parcel has been delivered to our warehouse. The 10-day processing period begins from that moment.
